Thank you for your interest and exploration. Our tasting cabin is open to the public for drop-in tastings Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12p to 4p, and offer two options to taste:
The Short Path (4 wines) — For those who are attempting to fit in multiple wineries in your day. This is a succinct tasting of wines from Evesham Wood and Haden Fig. You will taste a range of wines that we think most clearly represent the styles of both EW and HF from estate and negociant vineyards.
The Long Path (8 wines) — For those who have more time to settle into their exploration. This tasting includes the wines of the short path but introduces wines that allow for more comparison of technique and place. Themes do shift according to release schedule and guest conversations and aim to show contrasting soils, clonal diversity, vineyard orientation, or fermentation style.
Outside of our public hours we do offer the opportunity to meet privately. The visit usually takes about 2hrs–depending on the depth of our conversations and your schedule—and includes exploring our dry-farmed, certified organic vineyard, Le Puits Sec, our winery, caves, and talking about our farming and practices. In addition to the bookish stuff, we will taste a set of wines intended demonstrate differences in soils, clonal diversity, fermentation methods, and vintages.
We are happy to announce that we are now able to offer an option to picnic on the edge of Le Puits Sec vineyard! Preceding or following your visit we will arrange a picnic experience for you and your guests (up to 8) in the vineyard under the cool shade of one of our ancient oak trees. Per guest it includes healthy servings of cheese, charcuterie and the appropriate accompaniments.
Schedule your picnic here.
