In 2020 we once again used fruit from Mahonia Vineyard and the half-barrel of chardonnay from Le Puits Sec. Fermented and aged in neutral French oak (228L, Francois Freres). The wine is representative of the ’20 vintage: autumnal with Lemon curd, white flowers, brioche with citrus zest and slight creaminess on the the nose followed by a nicely textured mid-palate and bright finish.
