Founded by Russ Raney in 1986, Evesham Wood is based on the idea that small is beautiful. To maintain a high level of quality, we rely on two basic principles: obtaining optimally ripe low-yield fruit from the best possible sites in the Willamette Valley, and using minimal intervention in the winemaking process. That approach is alive and well today, and is evident in every bottle we produce.

Wine in the Time of COVID-19

Hopefully the G.G. Marquez reference made you smile. Wine is inherently social: made by and enjoyed best in small groups. While it's not hard to pop open a bottle on one's own, it is more delicious when you get to describe, debate, and share with others. In addition to complimentary delivery in the Portland and Salem metro areas and consultation, we are now offering remote versions of visiting our tasting cabin experience. After your wines (Succinct or Long paths) arrive and a good time selected, our in-house Advanced Sommelier (CMS) will video conference in and offer details and framing.
